The Challenge
Marble Riot had the aesthetic — raw NYC energy, limited drops, hand-finished graphics. But they were posting inconsistently, using shadow-banned hashtags, and their Reels averaged 400 views. Their engagement rate (1.2%) was below the dead account threshold.
What We Did
  • Rebuilt posting cadence around the "drop week" hype cycle — tease, reveal, drop, recap
  • Replaced 28 shadow-banned hashtags with a tiered mix of 5–50K niche tags
  • Shot 3 BTS Reels per drop cycle — raw process content outperformed polished product shots 4:1
  • Added story countdown stickers on drop day — saved audiences primed for link swipe-up
  • Pinned best-performing Reel to profile as top content signal

The Challenge
Pace Society had clean product photography but no brand voice. Every caption was generic gym motivation. Stories averaged 18% completion (people tapping through immediately). They had 4,200 followers but zero traction — no DMs, no collabs, no saves worth speaking of.
What We Did
  • Defined a "minimal performance" brand voice — understated, aspirational, never loud
  • Rebuilt story highlights with consistent cover design and intentional content sequencing
  • Introduced a 3-post/week content calendar: Mondays (movement), Thursdays (product), Saturdays (community)
  • Added "save-worthy" styling tips to every carousel — drove 280% increase in saves
  • Launched a collab outreach sequence targeting 8–15K fitness accounts in overlapping niches; 3 deals closed in 6 weeks

The Challenge
Remnant Archive posted great finds but nobody saw them. Their hashtag stack was a copy-paste of whatever other thrift accounts used — oversaturated tags like #thrift and #vintage with 80M+ posts where new content dies in seconds. Reels averaged 200 views. Comment count was mostly zero.
What We Did
  • Audited and rebuilt hashtag stack: 30% broad (50–200K), 50% mid-tier (5–50K), 20% niche (<5K) — the discoverability sweet spot for small accounts
  • Introduced "thrift flip" Reels format: item found → cleaned up → styled on body → price reveal — built for watch-through completion
  • Deployed comment engagement protocol: reply within 30 minutes, ask follow-up questions to extend comment thread depth (a key algorithmic signal)
  • Used pinned comments on high-view Reels to drive people to bio link and DMs
  • Created a "weekly finds" story series building anticipation and FOMO around new drops
